1. Publisher and service

Artdeshine Detailing Academy is provided by Artdeshine Pte Ltd, a Singapore-registered entity, through artdeshinesg.ai and the Academy ChatGPT plugin. Contact hello@artdeshine.co for support.

These terms apply when you use our Academy services. If you do not agree, stop using them. ChatGPT and other linked platforms also have their own terms.

2. Education and access

The Academy explains car-care methods, product roles and practical checks. It does not offer purchases, checkout, payments, subscriptions or paid courses. Product references are included for learning. No purchase is required to use the public website lessons.

Practice questions are informal learning checks. Completing a lesson or answering a question does not award professional certification, accreditation, a SkillsFuture qualification or proof of practical installer competence. The Academy does not save learner progress or quiz scores.

3. Applying what you learn

Identify the actual surface, finish, existing protection and exact product version before applying a method. Follow the current product label, technical guide, safety data sheet and vehicle or finish manufacturer's instructions. A general lesson cannot establish compatibility for every material or condition.

Use suitable protective equipment and ventilation, work on cool surfaces where instructed, and test an inconspicuous area when appropriate. Stop if the method causes an unexpected change. Keep chemicals and contaminated cloths away from people, pets, food and sensitive vehicle components.

Machine polishing, abrasive correction and coating installation require suitable assessment, product-specific instructions and practical training. Seek an appropriately trained professional when the surface, defect or procedure is uncertain.

4. Accuracy and limits

We aim to provide useful, accurate lessons, but product versions and guidance can change. Educational material and AI-generated explanations can contain mistakes or omissions. Ask us to check an unclear instruction before acting on it. The Academy does not guarantee a particular result, durability, warranty outcome or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance products do not replace defect assessment, repair or vehicle safety checks. Do not rely on a chat response to decide that a safety-critical condition is suitable for driving.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for its intended learning purpose. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another person's information, upload harmful material or present Academy practice results as a formal qualification.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or unrelated personal information in questions or support messages. Send only material you are entitled to share.

6. Learning materials and brand

Artdeshine names, logos and original learning materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may read the materials and use them for your own learning. Republishing or selling the course, copying substantial portions, or using the branding to imply endorsement requires the relevant permission. Rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.

7. External services

Demonstration videos and other linked resources may be hosted by third parties. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Use of ChatGPT requires any account and access conditions set by OpenAI. A third-party link does not create an Academy purchase or payment service.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy policy explains information handling. We may update the lessons, features and these terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current terms. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
