1. Who we are and what this covers

Artdeshine Pte Ltd, a Singapore-registered entity, publishes Artdeshine Detailing Academy at artdeshinesg.ai and operates the Academy ChatGPT plugin. For support or privacy questions, contact hello@artdeshine.co.

This policy covers these education services. Other Artdeshine websites and independent services have their own privacy notices.

2. Using the website

Public lessons and application guides do not require a learner account. The Care Finder matches your text to published routines in your browser. FAQ searches and lesson practice answers also run in your browser; these features do not send those entries to our server. We do not maintain separate learner profiles, saved progress records or quiz scores.

Your browser still sends the information needed to request pages and media, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical records for delivery, security and troubleshooting under their own retention practices. Avoid putting personal information into URLs.

The website does not implement advertising analytics or marketing cookies. It registers a service worker for app-style use; the current service worker does not cache learning answers or store progress. Browser and hosting security features may use their own technical storage.

3. Using the ChatGPT plugin

When you use the Academy plugin in ChatGPT, ChatGPT may send the inputs needed for a selected tool, such as a lesson identifier, product question, search text or practice answer, to the Academy service. The service uses those inputs to retrieve educational material or check an answer and return the result. It does not create a separate learner profile or save your progress or quiz scores.

The hosting authentication boundary can provide a site-scoped user identifier, email address and optional display name. The current Academy lesson tools do not use those identity fields to build learner profiles.

ChatGPT conversations, account information and platform records are handled by OpenAI under its own settings and privacy policy. Hosting providers may process technical service records. The absence of a separate Academy progress record does not mean that ChatGPT or infrastructure providers keep no records.

4. Support and privacy enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to answer the enquiry, investigate an issue or handle a privacy request. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry.

We retain support and privacy correspondence for up to 12 months after an enquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an ongoing dispute. This period applies to our enquiry records, not to records independently retained by ChatGPT or infrastructure providers.

5. Owner administration

The publishing dashboard is restricted to the authorised owner. Authentication uses the owner's account identity to control access. Authored guides, product references and uploaded educational media are stored so that they can be published and maintained. Public learners cannot use the dashboard to upload content.

6. Videos and external links

Some lessons or application plans link to demonstrations on TikTok or other external websites. A TikTok player is loaded only after you choose to load it, or you can open the video directly on TikTok. That provider then receives the technical information needed to serve the video and may use cookies or other storage under its own policy. Following any external link takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices.

The Academy does not offer checkout, accept payments or collect payment card information.

7. Service providers and security

We use hosting, storage, authentication and email services to operate the Academy and respond to enquiries. Information may be processed outside Singapore where those services operate. Access controls restrict the owner dashboard, and service requests use HTTPS. No online system can promise absolute security.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a dispute.

8. Your enquiries and choices

Email hello@artdeshine.co to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, withdraw consent where relevant, or request deletion. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the record. We will explain any applicable legal or operational limits, including records that must be retained.

You can use public text lessons without loading third-party videos. Manage ChatGPT conversation history and data settings through your OpenAI account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
