Follow the method
- 01
Inspect washed, dry paint before choosing correction work. Assess whether polishing is suitable for the finish and condition.
Why: New paint does not automatically require polishing; some finishes should not be machine polished.
- 02
Identify the exact coating, version and full installation guide, including surface restrictions and working conditions.
Why: Hybrid Plus, Ayicon, Window Coat and Wheel Coat do not share one universal procedure.
- 03
Complete the required cleaning, decontamination and any suitable correction before coating.
Why: Existing defects remain if they are not addressed separately.
- 04
Follow the exact guide for preparation, applicator loading, application, flash, levelling and curing.
Why: Those settings depend on the formula, version and conditions.
- 05
Plan sheltered curing and observe the actual water, washing and maintenance restrictions.
Why: Aftercare starts at installation.
- 06
After curing, wash regularly and add compatible maintenance treatments only when needed.
Why: Beading alone does not prove that a coating is intact or a surface is clean.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Coating over defects expecting them to disappear.
- Using one flash time or number of passes for every coating.
- Promising scratch-proof protection or a guaranteed lifespan.
- Claiming completion of these lessons is a formal certification.
